To publish listings or interact with other users, you must create an account.

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful and updated information
• Keep credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity carried out from the account

ArenaPC reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. LISTING PUBLICATION

By publishing a listing, the user declares that:

• They are the legitimate owner of the product or have the right to offer it
• The information is truthful and not misleading
• The product is not illegal, stolen or infringing third-party rights

It is PROHIBITED to publish:

• Illegal or counterfeit products
• Fraudulent or misleading content
• Spam or unauthorized external links
• Offensive, discriminatory or violent content

ArenaPC may moderate, edit or remove listings without prior notice.

5. OFFERS AND COUNTEROFFERS

The platform allows interaction between users through:

• Direct offers
• Counteroffers
• Private negotiations

ArenaPC does not guarantee that an offer will be accepted nor validate agreements between parties.

6. TRANSACTIONS AND LIABILITY

ArenaPC is NOT part of transactions between users.

• Basic features

Paid plan

• Unlimited publications
• Featured listings or other benefits

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE PLATFORM

The user agrees NOT to:

• Manipulate the system
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Use bots, scrapers or automation
• Impersonate identities

Failure to comply may result in a permanent ban.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All ArenaPC-owned content (logo, design, code, texts) is the exclusive property of the platform.

User-generated content remains their property, but they grant ArenaPC a non-exclusive license to display it within the site.

10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

ArenaPC reserves the right to:

• Delete listings
• Block access

Whenever it considers there is a breach of these terms or a risk to the platform.
